HDPE 100 RC Pipes

HDPE 100 RC (Resistant to Crack) pipes represent the next generation of high-density polyethylene pipeline engineering, specifically designed to withstand extreme mechanical stress without structural degradation. Utilizing advanced raw materials with exceptional resistance to slow crack growth (SCG) and point loads caused by sharp objects like stones or fragments, these pipes eliminate the operational risks associated with surface scratches and localized pressure. This superior structural durability makes them the optimal, highly economical alternative to traditional metal engineering configurations, offering a completely rustproof, non-decaying, and leak-proof infrastructure solution under high operational pressure.

The outstanding structural resilience of HDPE 100 RC pipes enables modern, cost-effective installation methodologies, including trenchless pipe-laying and installations entirely without sand embedding or backfill. Boasting 350% flexibility, these systems provide unmatched survivability in active earthquake and landslide zones compared to rigid PVC and metal pipelines, maintaining full assembly compatibility with classic HDPE infrastructure through homogeneous, leak-free welded connections. Manufactured across standard straight lengths from DN 20mm to DN 800mm and coiled configurations up to DN 125mm, our production portfolio spans specialized Type-1, Type-2, and Type-3 multi-layer variations to support high-performance operations in drinking water networks, industrial chemical transport, and deep sea discharge systems.

Logistics & Manufacturing Specifications

Our products are manufactured in standard straight lengths within the diameter range of DN 20mm to DN 800mm. Upon request, they can also be delivered in coiled (bobbin) configurations within the diameter range of DN 20mm to DN 125mm. Furthermore, tailor-made production in custom lengths is available to meet the specific requirements of your projects.
